The purchase of the event ticket entitles and obligates the purchaser and the visitor according to the following terms and conditions. These apply only to the legal relationship between the purchaser of the ticket and Fifteen-Love Events (organizer). If the ticket is passed on, the seller is liable for the knowledge and acknowledgement of these GTC by the purchaser.

In addition, these GTC only apply to events that Fifteen-Love Events carries out as organizer.

Important information from Fifteen-Love Events

§ 1 Admission persons

(a) Persons under 18 years of age are not admitted to the event.

(b) Special regulations may apply for evening events. The visitor has to inform himself about this before buying an event ticket.

(c) Individual age restrictions may apply to certain events. These can be found in the respective event description. Please inform yourself about the respective age restrictions before purchasing.

 

§ 2 Limitations of liability

(a) The organizer is liable in any case without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, in the case of fraudulent concealment of defects, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

(b) In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations), which is only based on simple negligence, the liability of the organizer shall be limited to compensation for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(c) Except for the cases mentioned in clauses (a) and (b), the organizer is not liable for damages caused by simple negligence.

(d) Insofar as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited in accordance with the above paragraphs, this shall also apply to the liability of its vicarious agents and assistants.

 

§ 3 Resale of event tickets

The purchase of event tickets is expressly permitted for private purposes only. Commercial resale at prices higher than those shown on the event ticket is expressly prohibited.

§ 4 House Rules/Orders of Use

With the purchase of the event ticket, the purchaser acknowledges the house rules and usage regulations of the individual event venues.

In addition, the following rules of use for events are recognized:

(1) General rules of use

(a) It is prohibited to bring pets, glass containers, bottles, pyrotechnic objects, flares, megaphones, laser pointers, and weapons (or objects that can be used as weapons). It is also prohibited to bring selfie sticks with metallic components. However, selfie sticks made exclusively of plastic or similar non-metallic material are permitted. Security checks (including body searches) will be carried out by the security staff at the entrance. Their instructions must be followed. It is forbidden to bring drinks and food.

(b) In the event of non-compliance, items may be retained until the end of the event against receipt. Safekeeping is at the risk of the purchaser.

(c) The distribution of advertising and printed matter without express written permission is prohibited. The sale of goods without written permission of the organizer is also prohibited.

(g) The instructions of the security personnel in the exercise of domiciliary rights must be followed.

(h) Designated wheelchair stands are available for wheelchair users for fire prevention or other safety reasons. Wheelchair users will only be admitted if accompanied by their attendant and must follow the instructions of the staff regarding their choice of parking space.

(i) For security reasons, access to certain event areas may be restricted. There is no general right of access. The organizer will not grant re-entry when leaving the restricted areas.

(j) Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended for the outdoor events.

 

(2) Special rules for the use of parking spaces

(a) Visitors travel to the event independently and at their own risk. Parking is only permitted in the designated parking spaces. Separate usage regulations may exist for the parking spaces. By using a parking space, these are deemed to be accepted.

(b) Access to the parking spaces is only permitted with a valid event ticket and only for vehicles up to a permissible total weight of 3.5 tons.

(c) Separate user fees may be charged for parking vehicles. The use of a parking space does not constitute custody or guarding.

(d) Vehicles shall be parked in such a manner as to ensure access and egress at all times. The rescue and traffic routes are to be kept free. In case of non-observance, the vehicle may be moved or removed at the expense of the holder. The StVO applies throughout the entire parking area.  The instructions of the traffic control forces must be followed. The driver alone is responsible for driving into the parking lot. The driver has to drive on the parking lot with the usual care.

(e) Sleeping outside of vehicles is not permitted. Camping, tenting and encampment in the parking areas is not permitted. Open fires and gasoline generators are not permitted. The parking lot shall be kept clean and the appropriate waste disposal facilities shall be used.

 

§ 5 Refusal of Admission and Expulsion from the Event for Good Cause

(a) The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause. An important reason is, among other things, an obviously heavily intoxicated state of the visitor, an aggressive appearance or obvious drug influence. If the fault lies with the visitor, the claim for reimbursement of the purchase price shall be forfeited.

(b) Visitors must carry their event ticket with them at all times on the event premises and present it upon request. Visitors who cannot show their event ticket may be expelled from the event premises. Re-admission is not possible.

(c) When leaving the event premises, the event ticket loses its validity. Re-entry of the visitor is not possible.

§ 6 Execution, postponement or cancellation of the event / withdrawal and refund of the event ticket

(a) Event tickets will only be taken back if the event is cancelled. Only the ticket price will be refunded, not advance sales, shipping and other fees. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. The visitor must therefore obtain information in good time as to whether the event will take place.

(b) In the event of cancellation, the organizer will only take back event tickets that were purchased through the advance booking offices. The tickets must be returned to the advance booking offices where they were purchased.

(c) The organizer reserves the right to change the location and/or date of the event. In this case, the event tickets remain valid.

(d) In the event of program changes, the cancellation of individual concerts from the program, including so-called headliners, the visitor has no claims against the organizer, as long as changes remain within a certain framework and the overall character of the event is preserved.

(e) Delays and postponements of individual program points are to be accepted by the visitor.

(e) "The event will take place in all weather conditions. However, there may be considerable restrictions. However, if due to the weather conditions there is a danger to the life, body or health of the visitors, artists or staff, the concert will be cancelled. Whether and to what extent the ticket price will be refunded depends on the time of the concert cancellation and the services provided up to that time. The above provision shall apply accordingly if the concert has to be interrupted for other reasons (e.g. official order, technical reasons).

 

§ 7 Copyright, sound and image recordings

(a) The performances of the event are subject to copyright. The bringing of sound recording devices, photo, film, video and professional digital cameras is not permitted. Sound and video recordings for private use, are allowed.

(b) By entering the premises, the visitor irrevocably agrees that he/she may be recorded as a visitor to the event without remuneration and that the recordings may be broadcast live and in public.

§ 8 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

 

Important information for visitors to events

​

1. hearing protection:

                  At music events, there is a risk of possible damage to hearing and health due to the volume. The use of earplugs near the stage is strongly recommended. Earplugs are available at the entrance. According to prevailing medical opinion, volumes with an average level of 85 dB(A), based on 40 hours per week, can lead to hearing damage. Much higher levels can occur in the immediate vicinity of the music system. Staying within this area is only recommended with hearing protection.

2. it is recommended to use public transport to get to the event.

3. pay attention to the items you bring with you. The organizer is not responsible for lost items.

4. to be sure that the event ticket is an original ticket, it is strongly recommended to purchase the tickets only at the known ticket agencies.
